Chakram is an Indian supervillain known for her use of the eponymous weapons.
History[]
Brinda Roy, aka Chakram, has been a criminal for most of her life. She adopted the alias Chakram and her weapon of choice to deal with Steel Shiva and the rise of superheroes in Asia.
She has been in prison several times but has managed to escape. Some believe she may soon end up in BRASS even though she is not a metahuman, simply because holding her is so difficult.

Chakram is an Indian woman in a green & gold outfit which exposes her midriff.
Powers[]
Chakram is named after the weapons she uses: frisbee-like throwing discs with hollow centres. She has a variety of specially designed chakrams with a variety of effects, including:
- Razor-sharp chakrams
- Explosive chakrams
- Smoke-bomb chakrams
- Oil-slick chakrams.
Brinda has a fantastic aim and is capable of bouncing her chakrams off walls to hit targets theoretically hidden from her.
